Isothermal

Isothermal amplification is an alternative to PCR. The LAMP (loop-mediated isothermal amplification) reaction operates at a single temperature between 60-70 degrees.

At dnature, as well as supplying LAMP reagents, we also develop LAMP assays for our own lab use as well as for customer applications.
