The combination of DeNovix FX Series instruments and DeNovix dsDNA quantification kits provides an analytical package that removes existing limits in fluorescence quantification.
Our Broad Range and High Sensitivity assays offer enhanced dynamic range over the Qubit® assays, giving researchers greater flexibility and avoiding the need for repeated dilutions. All assays are designed for selective quantification of dsDNA, even in samples contaminated with RNA, ssDNA or protein.
Our Ultra High Sensitivity assay delivers unmatched sensitivity, as low as 0.5 pg/μL. Single cell analysis, laser captured samples, circulating DNA and tumour het- erogeneity studies are among the applications that can now benefit from fast and accurate quantification thanks to a 20X greater sensitivity than existing kits.
