Processed two very small scale insect pupae individually using 12 µl LysoFast. Incubated for 10 min, as specimens didn’t submerge, then crushed pupae with small glass rod. Quick spin, then used 5 µl undiluted template in 20 µl PCR. Worked really well! JM, Private Laboratory
