A multiplex RT-qPCR test kit designed to test the presence of the highly pathogenic H5N1 clade 2.3.4.4b. This test kit does not contain virus derived material and is compatible with multiple qPCR instruments.
This triplex RT-qPCR test kit detects:
- influenza A virus
- clade 2.3.4.4b
- H5
The presence of the infA in the kit means the test will detect other avian influenza strains, if present, as well as increased specificity for the H5 clade with two markers for this strain.
