5x HOT FIREPol® GC Master Mix is designed to provide highly specific high-yield amplification of GC-rich and other difficult templates.

The Master Mix is a ready-to-use solution containing all reagents required for PCR (except template, primers and water). Extra vials of 100% DMSO and 25 mM MgCl2 enable flexibility in reaction optimization.

Generated PCR products are compatible with TA cloning procedures as well as analysis by capillary electrophoresis. They do not contain loading dyes.
