Designed by dnature for the magnetic particle extraction of DNA from honey (pollen, bacteria and genomic DNA present), the kit includes the Pol inhibitor removal buffer from our column-based kit (link) to give similarly high-quality DNA.
It does not include the bead-beating tubes optimised for honey samples however these are available separately from us.
The kit may be used on an automated on a magnetic particle processor such as the Zinexts instrument or KingFisher and thus is readily amenable to high throughput applications.
