As developers of the industry standard for Psa (Pseudomonas syringae pv. Actinidiae) in New Zealand, we have developed kits to detect Psa on a variety of qPCR machines as well as species of origin and streptomycin resistance kits.
This kit is a multiplex qPCR method for rapidly detecting both Streptomycin resistance mechanisms: the mutation of the rpsL gene and acquisition of the strA/B gene cluster.
