This unique, next generation master mix provides >90x higher fidelity compared with Taq, while reducing time to PCR results by 2-3 times.
The repliQa HiFi ToughMix is a 2x, ready-to-use solution that contains all the components for high fidelity PCR amplification, including a genetically modified DNA polymerase coupled with hot start antibodies.
This unique, next generation master mix providies >90x higher fidelity compared with Taq, while reducing time to PCR results by 2-3 times. The extreme speed is enabled by extension times as fast as 1-10kb/sec depending on target length. The enzyme is coupled with the industry leading ToughMix which is tolerant to a wide variety of inhibitors making it suitable for routine PCR, cloning, amplicon sequencing and site directed mutagenesis.
2x reaction buffer containing optimized concentrations of MgCl2, dNTP’s and proprietarily formulated HiFi polymerase, hot start antibodies and ToughMix chemistry
Store kit components in a constant temperature freezer at -25°C to -15°C upon receipt.
The assay we are doing with that mix works so well! We’ve sent the SOP to MPI for official approval. I’ve tested other master mixes and none of them worked, so I’m very grateful that I was made aware of this one. JM, private laboratory (not John Mackay, dnature)
I recently used RepliQa Hifi for ToughMix for the first time and found it to be fast with fantastic results. My results were sequenced via NGS and I obtained great quality and depth of reads. Robust and easy to optimise – the late (and dear friend), Dr Kristene Gedye
My sample was a 33 year old dried blood spot and using RepliQa HiFi ToughMix and a rapid DNA prep (LysoFAST), my PCR worked first time – in only 30 minutes! Sanger sequenced well. SW, Clinical.
