Our wine PCR tests give you so much more than a yes/no result giving a quantitative result, so you know how large (or small) the issue is.  In fact, we can detect down to a very low level of spoilage, even down to viable but non-culturable cells that have been damaged by sulphur.

Our tests include:

  • Saccharomyces cerevisiae
  • Zygosaccharomyces bailii
  • Acetobacter
  • Pediococcus parvulus
  • Lactobacillus brevis/plantarum/hilgardii
  • Oenococcus oeni
  • Hanseniaspora
