We developed this kit to:
- Extract fungal pathogens for (nosema ceranae and apis), viruses and American Foulbrood (AFB) in one kit
- Extract genomic DNA from bees.
The kit is in an easy column format to extract total nucleic acid extractions from bees, wasps and other insects resulting in high recovery of viruses and pathogens. It is suitable for PCR, qPCR and NGS.
