Presto™ Mini RNA Bacteria Kit 4 Preps

The Presto™ Mini RNA Bacteria Kit was designed for total RNA purification from Gram (-) negative bacteria and Gram (+) positive bacteria using an efficient RNA mini prep system. This RNA Kit includes Bacteria Lysis Buffer and Lysozyme to reduce sample preparation time and minimize hands on time. The Presto™ Mini RNA Bacteria Kit uses detergents and chaotropic salt to lyse cells and inactivate RNase. RNA in the chaotropic salt is bound by the glass fibre matrix of the RNA spin column and once any contaminants have been removed, using the Wash Buffer, the purified total RNA is eluted by RNase-free Water. High quality total RNA can be purified within 20 minutes and is ready for use in RT-PCR, Northern Blotting, Primer Extension, mRNA Selection and cDNA Synthesis. Each RNA Kit includes individually packaged certified DNase and RNase-free spin columns and collection tubes.

Storage

Store dry at room temperature (15-25 deg. C). Lysozyme is shipped at room temperature but should be stored at -20 deg.  for extended periods.
